NOCTURNE

Brief

An outbound engine for a productized AI offer. Aesthetic clinics lose booked visits to whichever competitor answers first after hours, and the fix, an automated workflow that captures and qualifies a missed call or DM within a minute, is only worth building if it can reach the clinics that actually need it. Nocturne is the system built to do both: design that after-hours offer, then find, score, and write to the clinics whose own evidence says they're losing bookings to it.

Constraint

Cold outreach in this category reads as spam on sight, and a clinic that smells a template deletes it by the second line. Nothing in the message could be invented: no fabricated metrics, no guessed familiarity, no answering a medical question with a script. And nothing could send itself, every message needed a named human to approve it before it left the building.

Form

Each clinic is scored 0–100 against evidence pulled from its own homepage and reviews (a missing booking link, a buried widget, a named owner, a real demand signal), and only a score of 60 or higher earns a draft. The draft opens with that one sourced fact, names a treatment the clinic actually lists, and asks for a 20-minute audit; a validation pass rejects any generic pitch, invented percentage, or fake familiarity before a human ever sees it. A local, read-only console (warm paper, serif names, one sage accent for 'ready' and one rust for 'not yet') lets a single operator scan every clinic's stage and approve a draft in one click, but that click is the only action in the whole system that can cause a message to leave.

Outcome

Built and tested end to end, from niche research through scored briefs, drafted outreach, a follow-up cadence, and a reply-handling flow that hands any clinical question to a human automatically, run against a demo set of ten clinics. Not yet pointed at a live client: that step needs a named clinic, real sending credentials, and the same 20-minute-audit offer this system exists to sell for it.
